I heard a quote on a podcast this week and it made me think of how lucky we are to be in this amazing profession and run our own offices. The quote was “pressure is a privilege”. Think about your worries and stresses you face on a daily basis and be grateful. So many people would love to have your “problems” and have to deal with all the nuances and intricacies of running an office. Never lose sight of the fact that people would love to have your bad days, let alone your good days!
