Loom has been an incredible asset to our practice not only in creating effective training modules for new staff members, but also for documenting SOPs for our current ones. People are so used to watching videos to learn something, it just makes sense to bring that into our world as well. It not only helps our staff members learn things quicker, but it frees up the trainer from having to be with them walking them through every step. They now have some of their time back and it's less of a headache for everyone!
