2024 has been a big year for my practice! In light of the recent milestones we've hit (new location, adding a doctor, etc.), I thought I would take us back to where this vision was born back in 2022. That was the year I sat down and created my BHAG (big, hairy, audacious goal) for 15 years out and worked backwards from there setting other goals for the in-between years. Let me tell you, the proof is in the pudding when it comes to the effectiveness of goal setting.
