If you are thinking being a business owner is what you want to do, think about what part of it really sparks your interest. Is it the management, tinkering, etc.? OR is it getting granular with the numbers, thinking big picture, etc? These are two very different things. The former is not an adequate representation of what being a practice owner looks like... or any kind of business owner for that matter.
✨ If you dream of being a CEO, owner of your practice, you need to get clear in your head what that means. It means leadership, having and selling the big vision (or BHAG - big hairy audacious goal), and getting so dialed into the numbers that you always have an accurate picture of where you are at.
