To be in that top tier, you are basically climbing Everest. Something to keep in mind is when you get to that point, you may not be able to get break through that barrier on your skill alone. Most often, the most successful leaders out there (think Steve Jobs, etc.) has others that under their leadership take them the rest of the way.
