The thing you need to remember is that if you are even one step farther down the path than someone else, you have wisdom to share and people that will want to hear it. It doesn't matter if you aren't where you want to be yet (none of us are), you are farther than you were when you started. There's someone that is back where you were that would love to hear your perspective and what you've learned. Your homework: find a colleague or a student that you can mentor in something and you'll be amazed what it does for you both!
