We've talked in past episodes about how to "get the right people on the bus" and other tips for staffing but, the work is not done once you have everyone hired. To be an effective leader and get the kind of "dream team" you want, you need to continually develop and invest in your staff. In this week's office talk I discuss what it means to me and my practice for me to work ON the office vs. IN the office and how to create a workable balance. I also had a good conversation with my intern regarding frame inventory. I realize how far I've come and how much I've learned since I've started.
