In office talk this week, we go over how I give an added customer service touch point to all my red eye patients. They appreciate the crap out of it and I believe it helps them become patients for life! I also give a situation I have in my office with a staff member continuously being "late" and how I'm dealing with that. I'd love to hear your thoughts on how you would handle it in your office.
