In Office Talk, we are revamping our optical. It's time to level up. Not only are we changing out frame lines and styles but a lot of it is getting delegated to the optical manager. This is the next step in the management growth we have been working on. Like you've heard before, systems are scaleable. We are lessening my involvement so that it will be easier to expand and grow in the future. (21:24)
